Tire Pros

Quiet Quality Rubber Smooth ride Grippy They rock!

Tire Cons

Not an all-season tire AVOID SNOW/ICE at all costs.

I drive a 2007 VW Touareg V6 w/ GVW 6500+ lbs and full time 4wd these tires matched up well. Overview: I live in Grand Junction, Colorado and commute two times a month to Golden, Colorado. Unfortunately, I was only able to make 2 trips on these sneakers before the snow fell. At that point I removed them and bought a set of Hankook I*pikes. Driving Environment: Typical, for me, Grand Junction to Denver via I-70, 3.5 hours averaging 77 mph. With little traffic, it is a great drive encountering wet and dry twisty canyon roads as well as long open freeway stretches. I can honestly say, the HP sports performed exceedingly well. They had great feedback, didn't feel squishy in the corners or uneven at 120+ mph. PLANTED and POWERFUL! These are a serious high performance tires rated at over 180 mph(Cayenne Turbo would be a great candidate) and I would recommend them ONLY for use in the Summer. DO NOT DRIVE IN SNOW!!!
