Tire Pros

Great wear for autocross and last a whole season

Tire Cons

Noisy for daily driving

This is the forth or so set of these I have used. The grip you give up vs. a V710 or the like is made up for with tire life. Once up to temp they have superior grip.

Tire Pros

Great for track use

Tire Cons

They are noisy but I knew that going in.

Great tires for what they were designed for. I love them.

Tire Pros

Dry grip Great feedback when up to temp Wear well for track rubber

Tire Cons

Be careful in the rain A bit loud if you care about that kind of thing Limited sizes

3rd set, have also driven RA1s and R6s. Track tires, heat cycled. Using -2.75 camber all around, drive to the track (about 190 miles one way), have done 2 events so far, still showing tread pattern. Anticipate another 2-3 events before cording. 275 wide might be too much tire for my car. Last set was 235, they got a touch greasy at the end of a 30 min session, but warmed up much quicker (could really attack after 1 warm up lap), and steered easier with throttle. 275 wide, I need more than 1 lap to warm up and they don't quite seem to come in. However, I drive mostly in the colder months, would imagine summer months the tires would be much better, and 235 would grease out. Too bad no 255 in an 18" might be perfect for me.
