Tire Pros

Tire Cons

see below

excellent dry grip, does not deteriorate too much over 30+ heat cycles. Sure, slicks (Hoosier, Bridgestone, Conti) are faster in the dry, but they deteriorate pretty quickly. Nittos communicate pretty well as well, a high-pitched whine before they let go, change in feel also. Pretty good in the wet if there's tread, but the tread rubs off relatively quickly -- then they are awful in the wet.

Tire Pros

Traction, braking, cornering, speed into/out of corners, looks, all overall performance

Tire Cons

None

Obviously not a winter or wet traction tire. The one time I HAD to drive in flurry conditions there was zero traction. However, because they are race tires on a vehicle that is garaged in any sort of inclimate weather, the review is not geared toward the this single negative. The tires are amazing in warmer weather. Anything over about 45-50 degrees and these tires are glue on the road. Haven't broken them free yet, taking corners (on the track of course) at well over speeds than any other tire I've ever ran can handle. The emergency breaking is superb, the ability to handle the speed at track events is amazing! They look great and are well worth the cost, which by the way is far below other competition rated tires. I only expect them to last a season of hard racing, so anything over that is surprising. I will be very interested to see the tread life over time!

Tire Pros

Good grip even after many heat cycles. Quick and predictable. Great lapping day tire

Tire Cons

Don't handle high pressure well compared to the RA1. I aim for 36-38PSI hot

Great lapping day tire
