All around a good tire so far, even on track day, and a very good value.

Tire Pros

Great upfront price and quick shipping from DTD, $70 manufacturer rebate (frosting), and really fine tires.

Tire Cons

Haven't found any cons yet. Waiting to see how the 300 tread wear rating works for me.

These tires have great directional stability and respond well to rapid changes, they grip very well in fast sweeping turns, and they don't make much noise doing it, unless pushed very hard. I enjoy the high adhesion limits of these tires, and will take them for a couple of sessions on an "open track day" at Blackhawk Raceway this fall, to see how well they do under the most extreme econditions. So far, this tire beats the OEM Conti Extreme Contact DWS tires and Bridgestone RE760 Sport in every performance category, at a better price. I don't expect them to be as fast as Michelin Pilot Super Sport, but then the Coopers are about half the price, and they feel closer to the Michelins than the price difference would justify. Haven't had many wet weather miles on these tires yet, but the few dozen I have driven were nicely secure. All in all, an excellent tire, "outstanding" in their price category... and they look like the serious tires they are, too.
