Tire Pros

Taller than OE, quiet, very good all weather handling, cut resistant rubber good on sharp rocky trails, terrific in deep or slushy snow.

Tire Cons

none

Actually I used these on new 16" wheels I put on a Crosstrek XV. I have traveled extensively on desert dirt roads, trails, rocky washes and the like. I take the XV everywhere I took my lifted Jeep and needed an extremely capable tire that could take whatever I could dish out. I previously destroyed a BFG AT KO on a sharp rocky trail and cut it up to the point of not being repairable. I also needed a tire that could take me high up in the mountains on the snowiest days of the year yet travel I-80 at 80+ MPH in comfort and quiet. The handling is very good on wet twisty roads as well, not slippery like other AT tires I've used. The General Grabber AT is the best AT tire I've ever used in every area and for all conditions.

Tire Pros

They grip the snow Look aggressive

Tire Cons

A little loud

While I have only driven just over 6000 miles on these tires so far, they have performed great. We have had a ton of snow this winter and they grip great when it gets nasty out. I have them on a 2012 Jeep Patriot and it just goes through the snow with these tires. They are a little loud on just dry pavement but for what you gain in ability, it is totally worth it. They are a good looking tire, very similar to the BF Goodrich AT's. Would definitely buy again.
