Q. If I purchase tires from Discount Tire Direct, how much is mounting and balancing at my local Discount Tire/America's Tire store?
A. Mounting and Computer Lifetime balancing at your local Discount Tire or America's Tire store costs a low $19.99 per tire. Lifetime rotations are also included for this low price.
Q. My tires have arrived. Where is my invoice? Where are my valve stems?
A. Your invoice and valve stems are inside the white plastic envelope marked "Packing List Enclosed". If the envelope is missing, please call us at 800.707.8473 and we will ship replacements to you as soon as possible.
Q. Why did I only receive one Certificate For Free Replacement with my tires when I purchased four?
A. The front of your invoice indicates the number of certificates you have purchased. The back of your invoice indicates the details of your certificates. If you need a copy of your invoice please call us at 800.707.8473. We will be happy to mail one to you.
Q. I found wheels I am interested in. How much do they weigh?
A. Our knowledgeable tire and wheel experts can provide weights for all of the wheels we offer. Feel free to call us at 800.707.8473 and we will look them up for you.
Q. I purchased tires that were part of a promotional offer. How do I get the rebate form?
A. If the rebate is still running you should be able to find a printable version of it by looking up the tire you purchased on our website. If the rebate is no longer visible on the website, please call us at 800.707.8473 and we'll send you a rebate form.
Q. The tires and wheels I want aren't offered as a package. Can I purchase them as a package?
A. Yes! If the tires and wheels you are looking for are approved for your vehicle you can create your own package online. Search for tires and wheels using your vehicle then add them to your shopping cart. When you purchase a tire and wheel package we will mount and balance for free and ship it ready to be bolted on.
Q. What do I do if I am having trouble tracking my package?
A. If you didn't receive your tracking numbers or are having trouble tracking them, please give us a call at 800.707.8473 and one of our customer care representatives will be happy to assist. Keep in mind that it may take 24-48 hours for the tracking numbers to register with the shipping company.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. We can't bring your order to you so the nice people at UPS do it for us. We ship 90% of our orders the same business day that they are placed. Most orders are received 3-5 business days from the day they are ordered, Saturdays and Sundays are not business days. Q. Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
A. Shipping for those in the Armed Services or government employees stationed overseas is handled through the United States Postal Service. Your package will be shipped via Parcel Post, with Priority Mail services available for an additional charge.
Q. Can you ship my order to an address other than the address on record with my credit card company?
A. Yes! We'll need your help though. Please call your credit card provider and have them add the alternate address to your account. This can be done by having the credit card provider note the necessary information in the "comments" section of the account.
